Let’s build massage into the wellness program you already have in place for your employees! Our team of professional therapists can come in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, set up massage chairs or tables depending on the space available and give your Employees a 10-30 min rejuvenating break. Employees stay fully clothed and oil is not used. Focus on over-use areas can be targeted, helping to minimize work related injuries. Your employees will return to work energized, though more relaxed, ready to focus and power on.

Give your employees access to Liscia’s on line classes. She offers her daily “Mindful Movement Class” every morning Monday-Friday at 9 am, as well as an “Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation” class on Mondays at 10. Inspire your employees to take these self care breaks so that they are more present when they go back to work. In addition, you and your employees would receive a %10 discount on all services booked at our Hillcrest office.
